Location: Coimbatore
 
Experience Level: 0–1 Year (Freshers with project or internship experience on Zoho)
 
About the Role:
 
We are looking for a dynamic fresher or early-career professional with hands-on knowledge of Zoho applications to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about business automation, CRM, and cloud applications who wants to build a career in Zoho implementation, support, and customization.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and customization of Zoho applications (CRM, People, Books, Projects, Creator, etc.).
  • Support end-users by resolving functional or technical issues related to Zoho apps.
  • Work with internal teams to gather requirements and implement automation workflows.
  • Perform data import/export, report generation, and dashboard creation.
  • Test, document, and deploy process improvements within Zoho suite.
  • Collaborate with the development or functional teams for minor customization using Deluge scripts.
 
Required Skills & Knowledge:
 
  • Basic understanding or hands-on exposure to Zoho One / Zoho CRM / Zoho People / Zoho Creator.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand workflows, automation, and business logic.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Eagerness to learn Zoho customization and API integration.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
 
  • Any Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT, Commerce, or related fields).
  • 0–1 year of experience or internship in Zoho platform.
  • Familiarity with Deluge scripting or API integration is an added advantage.
