Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Program Planning & Strategy: Develop and manage program roadmaps, aligning project goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, executive sponsors, and internal teams.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring they are on track and within scope.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently across projects, optimizing for time, cost, and quality.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the program, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and control program budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the implementation meets client requirements and adheres to quality standards.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on program progress, risks, and issues.
