Job Description:
  • Content Creation: Develop, write, and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, API documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML platforms.
  • Technical Understanding: Demonstrate strong knowledge of SaaS architecture, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and AI/ML concepts, including model training, deployment, and integration.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and data scientists, to gather technical information and transform it into user-friendly content.
  • API Documentation: Write and edit API documentation with a focus on RESTful APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows to guide developers effectively.
  • Version Control and Tools: Utilize tools like Git, Markdown, and documentation platforms like Confluence, ReadTheDocs, or similar to maintain version-controlled and up-to-date content.
  • Editing and Review: Proofread and edit technical content to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guides, including those for international audiences.
  • User-Centric Writing: Develop content tailored to various user personas, including technical developers, business users, and system administrators.
  • Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest SaaS, Cloud, and AI/ML trends to incorporate relevant, cutting-edge insights into documentation.
  • Graphic Representation: Create visual aids, such as diagrams, flowcharts, and illustrations, to simplify complex concepts and enhance user comprehension.
  • SEO and Accessibility: Optimize content for search engines and ensure compliance with accessibility standards like WCAG to enhance usability and reach.
