Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance monitoring across platforms like Google Ads and social media.
• Create engaging content for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital ads, tailored to specific audience segments.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic and conversion rates; assist in analyzing data to optimize campaign performance.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas to the team.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels.
• Assist in keeping abreast of changes in digital platforms and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management tools.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating effective content.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and a desire for continuous learning.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and SMM.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and HTML/CSS basics.
