Job Description:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Architect and design scalable and efficient full-stack solutions using Angular, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Facilitate Agile processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team meets delivery timelines.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges, guiding the team in implementing best practices for both front-end and back-end development.
  • Monitor and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability, addressing any bottlenecks or technical issues.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, driving innovation within the team and the broader organization.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and solutions.
  • Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, including continuous integration and deployment, to streamline development workflows.
  • Support career development for team members, providing mentorship and identifying opportunities for skill enhancement and growth.
  • Must have prior experience as a Development Lead for at least 3 years.
